VITALITY BIG HALF PRIZE DRAW

The prize draw is open to all Eligible Participants who comply with these terms and conditions.
For the purposes of this prize draw:

Announcement Date means 29^th December 2019 being the last date on which winners will be notified of their prize.
BrandPipe means BrandPipe Limited (company number 08388816) who will be providing administration assistance in respect of the notification of Prize winners;
Draw Period means 9^th December 2019 to midnight on 15^th December 2019 during which Eligible Participants may enter into the prize draw. Entries received after this time will not be counted, valid, accepted or considered.
Eligible Participant means any VitalityHealth, VitalityLife and VitalityInvest Member aged 18 years or over and resident in the United Kingdom, who comply with these terms and conditions. Staff of the Promoter and any third parties or agencies connected with or involved in the administration of the prize draw will be excluded from winning the prize draw.
Member means an individual holding a valid VitalityHealth, VitalityLife or VitalityInvest Plan and who is registered in the Vitality Member Zone at the time of the prize draw;
Prize means 1 (one) race entry to the Vitality Big Half, (which will be held on Sunday, 01 March 2020 in London).
Promoter means Vitality Corporate Services Limited (company number 05933141) of 3 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AQ, trading as VitalityHealth, VitalityLife and VitalityInvest.
Vitality Status means the Member's Vitality status (either Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum) on the last day of the month preceding the draw.

Only one Prize and therefore one entry to the Vitality Big Half per Eligible Participant is permitted.
The prize draw is open to all Eligible Participants who comply with these terms and conditions. All Eligible Participants will be entitled to one (1) entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
On the expiry of the Prize Draw Period, data from Eligible Participants will be appended with their Vitality Status and Health Review data. This data will determine if additional entries are created against Eligible Participants.
To enter this prize draw, Eligible Participants must register for the prize draw via vitalityvip.co.uk by entering their Vitality membership number and a valid email address and telephone number and correctly answering the Vitality-related question before the expiration of the Prize Draw Period.
The winners of the prize draw will be drawn at random by BrandPipe in the presence of an independent witness.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions, or the terms and conditions of London Marathon Events Limited.
The winner(s) will be contacted by a Vitality representative up to three times by telephone or email from 16^th December 2019 to 29^th December 2019 and will need to confirm their Prize via phone or email in order to claim their win. In the event that the Vitality representative fails to obtain confirmation from the winner(s), or the winner(s) refuses the Prize or for whatever reason cannot accept the Prize, the original winner(s) will forfeit the Prize immediately, and an alternative winner(s) will be drawn and notified in accordance with these terms & conditions.
All prize draw entrants acknowledge that their name, address, e-mail address, telephone number (Personal Data) will have been made available to the Promoter for administrative purposes. All Personal Data of the winner(s) will be held and used for the purposes of the prize draw by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter Privacy Policies (which can be found on their website or if not, requested) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act 2018 and any additional or replacement legislation relating to Personal Data.
For the avoidance of doubt, when an Eligible Participant registers on vitalityvip.co.uk this secures entry into the prize draw for the current Prize Draw Period. Eligible Participants will need to register on vitalityvip.co.uk for each Vitality VIP prize draw that they wish to enter.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoter has the right to use the winners' details, quotations and images in post promotion publicity, including but not limited to the Vitality UK Social pages and other Vitality marketing communication.
The Prize is not transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the Prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
The Promoter reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize where it becomes necessary to do so including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner(s) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. The statutory rights of Eligible Participants are not affected.
Winners will be responsible for covering the cost of their own subsistence including spending money and travel costs.
The prize draw will be governed by English law and Eligible Participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
The name and county of the winner(s) will be made available on request by writing to Vitality Marketing Department, 70 Gracechurch Street, 4th Floor, London EC3V 0XL.
